We provide all of the services that homeowners need to maintain a stress-free home. You just have to make one call to us, and we will make a plan to take care of everything in your home.
Preventative Maintenance
Our Preventative Maintenance Service includes four visits to your home, one each season, to perform the necessary maintenance to your home that most homeowners do not want to attend to, but must be done. A complete list of the quarterly maintenance items is available upon request. This is our most popular program, and clients have the peace of mind to know their most important investment is being taken care of properly. This may include:
Check for safety hazards
Change HVAC filters with high HEPA filters
Clean HVAC & AC Systems registers
Check windows, door screens, storm windows
Clean dryer vents
Change batteries for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Property Management
If you own one or multiple investment properties, we will be your eyes and ears to maintain your investment. Your tenant will contact our office for any necessary repairs. We will schedule the quarterly maintenance directly with them, and inform you if there are any issues within the property.
All you need to do is collect the rent!
